The adopter agrees to keep the cat/kitten indoors, provide fresh food and water at all times, maintain a clean litter box, and give love and attention daily.
The adopter agrees to have the cat/kitten examined yearly by a veterinarian, to seek prompt veterinary care in case of illness or injury, and to keep vaccinations current.


                                                                            DECLAWING IS PROHIBITED FOR ANY REASON

Notify us immediately if at any time you cannot keep the cat/kitten so that we can take it back. If a cat/kitten has a critical illness or a serious injury, Francis of Assisi must be notified.
It is agreed that Francis of Assisi volunteers can call the adopter to inquire about the well-being of the adopted pet at any given time. Occaisional visits to the pets' new home are also part of the agreement.
